Ambiguity Advantage Series
What is Ambiguity…? The definition of the word ambiguity is ‘being unclear’ or ‘not having one obvious meaning’. Modern day organisations often find themselves dealing with highly ambiguous and uncertain situations often leading to organisational complications that could potentially be serious. These can range from fear and procrastination to unwillingness and resistance to change. Solutions for these problems must be well thought-out and executed efficiently in order to survive in an ever changing economic landscape.
Our ambiguity advantage series focuses on creating an immersive learning experience, so that the organisation leaders can learn how to identify any patterns whilst deconstructing the underlying causes of uncertainty and ambiguity for a given situation. This will then be translated into techniques and methods where leaders can make sound judgements, decisions, and solve tough problems that others can't. This course will also allow leaders to learn, innovate, and importantly unlearn fast enough to be able to succeed no matter how tough, difficult or uncertain the going gets, whilst developing a greater emotional resilience to deal with any situation in a professional manner and with empathy.
